HUBIQ

SITEIQ

An integrated platform for site data.

A single platform where all the site data comes together, supporting accelerated decision management across safety, security and operations.

Partnering for development. Demonstrator stage, with an operator route to first customers.

The challenge

Construction has digitised design and delivery, but the live site still runs on fragmented systems and manual process.

The problem

01

Safety is managed, not known

Am I in the right PPE for where I am standing? Does anyone on site hold the certificate for the scissor lift? Every site needs two first aiders, and the manager cannot currently know when he has dropped below the minimum.

02

Security is a different problem to safety

There is little internal perimeter on a construction site, and little dynamic access control to protect people from proximity problems.

03

Plant goes missing

Asset availability and tool theft, with no reliable trace of what is on site, what is being used, and when it left.

Screens

Site access demonstrator
A map view with site entry points marked, alongside a list of who is currently on site.

What it does

An integrated platform for site data.

Safety management

Critical incident response, site safety emergency management, long-term occupational monitoring and minor incident reporting. Preventative first, accelerated response second.

People and profiles

Who am I, what am I allowed to use, where am I allowed to be. Certification-gated, so nobody does anything they are not certified to do.

Access management

Dynamic access to a part of the site, not just to the site.

Location of people and plant

A single asset register owned by the site, not by the contractors on it. What is on site, what is being used, where it is, when it leaves.

The big yellow button

Photograph a site condition, and the system records what it is, where it is, who reported it and when, then runs the maintenance workflow in priority order.

Site communications

Emergencies, notices, personalised communications and on-site support.

Who it is for

Site operations managers

The buyer. Keeping the site in a condition where people can operate safely, with the right level of security for equipment and people.

Site workers

On-site safety effectively managed and monitored by the site and its management, not left to the individual.

Beyond construction

Infrastructure assets and wide-area rural management. Substations, water treatment, masts, forestry.
