01
The Hub.
The engine room that powers our innovation community.
02What it is
Shared tools, AI, capabilities and expertise, built once and used by every initiative, so each one can spend its energy on the problem it exists to solve.
- Small teams get the capability of a large organisation, without having to build one first.
- And every initiative puts back what it learns, so the next one starts stronger.
03
The Hub is organised around four connected areas.
- 01Process.Practical innovation
Structure where it helps. Freedom where it matters.
- 02Technology.Digital delivery
Build what differentiates. Reuse what doesn't.
- 03People.Insight and experience
Technology makes building easier. Experience helps us build the right thing.
- 04Commercial.Building a business
A good solution still needs a great business around it.
04
Process.
Practical innovation
Structure where it helps. Freedom where it matters.
A shared way of turning real-world opportunities into viable solutions and businesses, committing more time, capital and resources as confidence grows.
05Practical innovation
5Di
From signal to scale.
Our pathway from an identified problem to a scalable solution. It asks a harder question than how to build faster: is this worth building?
Explore 5Di →Gateway and governance
Evidence before investment.
Defined gateways where evidence, risk and next steps are reviewed, so founders and funders decide together whether to continue, adapt, accelerate or stop.
Compliance and due diligence
Build confidence in from the beginning.
Legal, regulatory, financial and operational requirements designed in from the start, so initiatives are ready for customers, investors and due diligence.
065Di and the gateway
Five dimensions, from
signal to scale.
A software factory runs scope to ship. We run signal to scale, and these five dimensions are the ground it covers. Discovery and design come before anything gets built, which is exactly where the factories do not go. Design sits at the centre of all five, holding the tension between an ambitious vision and commercial pragmatism, and the four quadrants between them are shared objectives owned by the two dimensions either side.
A model of five dimensions arranged as a cross. Design sits at the centre. The vertical axis runs through Discovery at the top and Deployment at the bottom, and is called customer centricity, carried by the local leaders who know the market. The horizontal axis runs through Development on the left and Delivery on the right, and is called digital delivery, carried by the Hub. Between each neighbouring pair of dimensions sits a shared objective: Solution between Development and Discovery, Market between Discovery and Delivery, Success between Development and Deployment, and Customer between Deployment and Delivery. Select any part below to read what it covers.
Design
How innovative is our approach to solving the articulated problem?
The constant at the centre. Design is the focal point that manages a healthy tension between an ambitious vision and commercial pragmatism, and the thread running through all four quadrants.

07
Technology.
Digital delivery
Build what differentiates. Reuse what doesn't.
Most digital solutions rest on the same foundations: data, connectivity, integration, analytics, automation, AI and user interaction. We build those once, so new development goes where it creates genuine value.
A component in the hub is not a unit of code, it is a unit of proof. It carries the record of what it has survived.

08Digital delivery
Core capabilities and compounding components
Build once. Improve continuously. Reuse everywhere.
A growing inventory of reusable components and delivery patterns. What each initiative builds comes back to the Hub, so the next one starts further ahead.
Platforms and partnerships
Connect the best capability rather than trying to own it all.
A curated ecosystem of platforms, products and specialist partners, integrated where they are the best answer.
09
People.
Insight and experience
Technology makes building easier. Experience helps us build the right thing.
The barriers to building are falling fast. The barriers to understanding industries, customers and real behaviour are not. Founders draw on senior experience and AI capacity without having to own either: their capability extended, their ownership intact.
10Insight and experience
Third Act
Experience that has already learned the difficult lessons.
Senior practitioners offering independent challenge, mentoring and targeted expertise, so founders see issues earlier and decide better.
Thinq Tank
Experience shared becomes experience multiplied.
A knowledge-transfer network of practitioners, specialists and thinkers working on real challenges, so what sits inside individuals reaches the whole community.
AI agent resources
Digital colleagues for the work around the big decisions.
AI agents take on the research, analysis, reporting and coordination that consume small teams. People keep the judgement, relationships and accountability.
11
Commercial.
Building a business
A good solution still needs a great business around it.
An initiative also needs customers, capital, partners and the capability to grow. The Hub helps founders assemble that progressively, building around the opportunity, not an organisation chart.
12Building a business
Investor community
Connecting informed capital with emerging opportunity.
Angels, venture, strategic investors and family offices, meeting initiatives through common evidence and reporting. Not a guarantee of funding: a better-informed path to it.
Networked collaboration
Capability without boundaries.
Customers, specialists and partners assembled around a specific problem, giving a small team the reach of a much larger network.
Corporate support
Big-company capability without big-company overhead.
Finance, legal, commercial, marketing, HR and procurement, shared or fractional, in the right proportion at the right time.
13The Hub effect
Draw from the Hub. Add back to it.
- Process improves how we innovate.
- Technology compounds what we build.
- People strengthen the decisions we make.
- Commercial turns solutions into sustainable businesses.
One Hub. Multiple initiatives. Compounding advantage.
14How the Hub works
Not every capability needs to be owned in the same way.
The Hub
Developed by HUBIQ
Frameworks, methods, intelligence, reusable components and intellectual property.
The collaborative ecosystem
Shared across HUBIQ
AI resources, corporate support, programme capability, tools and common infrastructure.
Market partnerships
Connected through the community
Industry experts, investors, technology platforms, partners and specialist organisations.
Initiatives stay focused and entrepreneurial, on an ever more capable shared ecosystem.
15Get involved
People are our business. Collaboration is our culture.
People power progress. HUBIQ is a community before it is a company: staff, contractors, partners, suppliers and clients, working to aligned agendas for a shared outcome. If that is your kind of thing, there is a way in.
Come and be part of it
